SAFEAPP™ provides survivors with a comprehensive 3-step program, aligning body, mind, and spirit to promote holistic healing. Developed for survivors by survivors, this program incorporates trauma-informed methods supported by scientific research. Over a duration of 21 days, SAFEAPP™ gently guides users through three healing components, offering a safe environment for exploring the healing journey. Components include a range of support services such as free legal assistance, emotional support links, creative writing features, meditations, affirmations, and more.

The SAFEAPP Mind component focuses on cultivating peace of mind as a crucial element in the recovery process for survivors. By calming the nervous system and practicing mindfulness techniques, users can gain control over their thoughts and emotions.
