SAFEAPP™ provides survivors with a comprehensive 3-step program, aligning body, mind, and spirit to promote holistic healing. Developed for survivors by survivors, this program incorporates trauma-informed methods supported by scientific research. Over a duration of 21 days, SAFEAPP™ gently guides users through three healing components, offering a safe environment for exploring the healing journey. Components include a range of support services such as free legal assistance, emotional support links, creative writing features, meditations, affirmations, and more.

In addition to the mentioned features, SAFEAPP™ users gain access to SAFESTORIES platform that showcases creative works by survivors, fostering inspiration and encouraging others to embark on their writing journeys.

The SAFEAPP Mind component focuses on cultivating peace of mind as a crucial element in the recovery process for survivors. By calming the nervous system and practicing mindfulness techniques, users can gain control over their thoughts and emotions.
